It’s amazing how small changes over a long time can make some pretty big changes. It’s also amazing how many changes I need in a small amount of time. Keep on getting healthier, keep on peeking.

2019 vs 2024. 315lbs vs 245lbs. I had a health scare back at the start of 2023 I started to prioritize my health and I’ll never go back to the left picture. I’ve still got a ways to go, but I’m so much happier and so much healthier now ☺️ . Thanks to @abearcarmen.bsky.social for keeping me motivated
