The version of me in the picture on the left ended up in the ER 5 days after this was taken for an obesity related heart condition. The version on the right just got out of the shower after running a 5k in 26 minutes.

It’s amazing how small changes over a long time can make some pretty big changes. It’s also amazing how many changes I need in a small amount of time. Keep on getting healthier, keep on peeking.

My absolute favorite place to fall asleep 🥰
While I do enjoy walking into the nursery and seeing my soggy baby bear in his crib in the morning, having him in fall asleep on daddy the night before while watching a Movie is also a great way to wake up. But mostly… the morning pounces from him on me are epic 😘 😘 @cubsquish.bsky.social
