I worked for while in police watchouse in Aus and ALL the people arrested and detained had "not voting" added to charges, so was "handy" for police to do a "gotcha" for something when people were released with NFA. Of course... they never paid the fine so next time...unpaid fines.

I mean if we want to put it even further into context - 43% of reported crimes are closed without an offender being identified (73% of burglaries) and only 86% of homicides are currently being detected. So police 'missing' a whole of offenders!

I was at meeting other day and someone addressed me as Professor McCartney and I literally sniggered out loud! (I've been a Prof for quite a few years... and STILL makes me laugh!) But then - look around at who else they could be asking questions of - and then heave sigh of relief they asking you!
