I drew this when Charles Booker first ran for Senate and it still resonates for me. Politics to him means healing and uniting. I hear Maya Rupert (a national leader in progressive politics and campaigns) is in town taking meetings with him. I hope it’s true. We need his vision now more than ever.

i think @olbermann.bsky.social needs to issue a correction for thursday's pod about steven, a smith and his politics "show". it's on the siriusxm channel POTUS, an "equally balanced" (my phrasing) political channel. POTUS stands for Politics Of The US.

I'm on a work trip to chicago and used my phone for directions.i don't really need it, I've been here before. i use gps to get road condition updates. one problem, my phone only charges only usbc to usbc and only from a wall. i didn't have a good time, I made it to the hotel with 4%.

I'm coming around to the belief that anyone who uses the phrase "common sense" when talking about anything having to do with politics is a conservative coding language to not come across as cons to low information people. tactics to get people voting against their best interests.

this reminds me of uofl-pitt in 2007-2008(?) at cardinal stadium where louisville took the opening kickoff for a touchdown and then on THE VERY NEXT KICKOFF gave up a kick return touchdown.
