Took today off to relax before the insanity tomorrow. So far I have yet to relax; instead I've made two cold salads, cranberry sauce, and a cheese cake. Even managed a relatively quick trip to the grocery store! Maybe tomorrow will be alright.

Started reading this book again, tonight. It had been assigned reading in some associates level college class I took back in the early 2000s. I highlighted these sentences as part of the related homework assignment. Haunted indeed.

Now that my daughter is comfortably talking (3 yr old) and the weather has FINALLY turned chilly, I feel it's time to teach those important weather related phrases, like "it's a bit nipple-y out." and "Fuck, it's cold."
