True story:

Paper: Electrolytic current scales linearly w/ length ℓ of cylindrical pore due to geometry

Reviewers 1 & 3: Awesome!

Rev. 2: Wrong, cylinder area scales w/ ℓ^2

Our rebuttal: Ahem, A = ℓ × π r^2

Adv. Mater. editor: Reject unless you add ℓ^2

Us: Nope

Scientists would say that the signal is beyond five sigma:

#immigration, #diversity, #exchange for the greatest benefit to mankind.
Six of the nine Nobel Prize winners this year work in the U.S.
Three of the six were born outside the U.S., which is the pattern most years. No country has benefited more from welcoming immigrants from around the world.

“Over the past 20 years, Paris has undergone a major physical transformation, trading automotive arteries for bike lanes, adding green spaces and eliminating 50,000 parking spaces.

Part of the payoff has been invisible — in the air itself.”

Leadership, strategy, real action, common sense. #Paris
Paris said au revoir to cars. Air pollution maps reveal a dramatic change.
Air pollution fell substantially as the city restricted car traffic and made way for parks and bike lanes.
