All of this is true even for D&D games.
Make it easy, make it a pattern, make it visible. If you are a DM/GM and you can't find people to play your game, something's wrong.
The DM/GM shortage has always been real. You can do it!

I've always liked this song and, in recent years, developed a fascination with Boomer songs from the 1970s. The topics and themes speak to the realities of ones 30s and 40s quite clearly.
