Very happy to read a headline like this. I've been staunchly against Teams for years now. 👏

Truth. The average player knows jack shit about game dev.
Helldivers 2 and Palworld devs wish players understood that 'easy' additions and updates are sometimes really hard: 'That's half a year's work. That takes six months'
"Games are so meticulously crafted."

Congrats to Sandfall on the release of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. It was created with a tight team (35), a clear vision, and in-scope being a modern AA love letter to JRPGs. Very excited to see where this team goes next - hopefully they iterate on this formula. It's working!

I said my main goal of this trip was to meet with Kilmar. Tonight I had that chance. I have called his wife, Jennifer, to pass along his message of love. I look forward to providing a full update upon my return.

Grats to @hazelightgames.bsky.social on the success of #SplitFiction. Not just because it's a great game but it's helping mark a turning point for single player/co-op games. I'm really excited to see what comes out in the next couple years as investment in these genres ramp up, and live ramps down.

Makes sense. Given that Microsoft screwed up the momentum they built with the 360 and lack of exclusive titles. Completely cutting the cost to develop new consoles and funnel that into content. Also LOL at this picture of Peter Moore.
