From a crewmember on yesterday's Teal 74 mission into now-Category 5 Hurricane #Melissa. As clear of an eye as you will see in the Atlantic basin.

#Denver #Boulder 5 days. At first, I didn’t like the “feel” of the place. Then we visited some scenic areas of the Rocky Mountains. We met friendly locals. I didn’t worry about stressful issues or check work emails. No, i didn’t partake in any cannabis-related items. I’ll be back Boulder and RMNP.

Hello! The US housing market has gotten very expensive, but I still dream of one day owning a home in a walkable neighborhood. In that spirit, I'm offering my consulting services. If you support the Trump tariffs, I can help you find US suppliers. Let me show you some examples. 🧵

“My weather app does it better!”

-Weather Watches/Warnings? NWS
-Forecast data? NWS
-Observations? NWS
-Satellite? NOAA/NESDIS
-Futurecast modeling data? You guessed it, NWS (via EMC).
-Climatology data? The weather data compiled over a long period by techs.
-Outlooks? NWS

Food for thought. 💭

Most IHEs are no profit. There have been advances in gene therapy and stem cell research to fight cancer. Without IDC how will the clean rooms stay afloat who will pay for the power to keep cells frozen, who ensures compliance while PIs complete the scope? Are we doing away (1 of 2?)

Not a fun day Sunday. Recovering from some kind of GI bug. The #MiamiHurricanes didn’t get the W yesterday so still sad about that.
Good news: found a Cuban spot in Chi-town to appease the need for sopa de pollo.
Back to regularly scheduled programming tomorrow.

It’s Monday and I’m already tired. I feel like I’m missing something. What did I forget to do? 🤔

Took advantage of the cool weather in Central Florida this evening. 2.5 mile walk/jog was satisfying. I wish the weather would stay like this permanently

Wonderful Saturday morning only because I was able to sleep in. Pistachio muffin for breakfast followed by football. Go Canes!

Covid finally reached our doorstep. Counting the days to feeling better. Tylenol does not work so it’s 2 Advils every 6-8 hours. The aches! The muscle and head aches 😢…

Super pretty outside when you’re looking at it from inside your air conditioned home/office.

Is there always an issue or something to fix when you become a homeowner? I feel like owning a home is overrated.
