I wonder if this Supreme Court will apply the same skepticism of deferring to government interpretations in these determinations and those of Rubio's mass rejections of visa's as it did in overturning the Chevron Doctrine

To me, the clear strategy to avoid the laws requiring that governmental business be documented is a big a story as the exposure of classified information. When did they start installing Signal on government phones as testified to by Gabard? Are they using personal devices?

If the MSPB is the relevant body to rule on this, what happens when the term of one of its two remaining board members runs out at the end of this week - preventing a quorum? Trump did not make any nominations to fill a fully empty board during his last term.

A useful paper. However, it should be noted that the vast majority of EEZ area closed to bottom-tending gears is so deep that fishing the seafloor is not commercially feasible (i.e., over 1000 m depth). Consideration of that factor would have improved the paper.

Do you really want to have all government functions carried out by fresh hires, selected for loyalty rather than competence, every time the presidential party changes? That is what these blanket firings are aimed at doing. It doesn't 'weed out' corruption, it encourages it. OK for top rim, not most.
