Musk is firing all probationary employees from the federal workforce. These are not just new hires - NO! Anyone who has been selected to move up is probationary for 1-2 years. The most talented may be probationary for most of their careers. Musk fires the best and brightest. Efficiency - NOT!

The Merit Systems Protection Board, which protects federal employees against management abuses, has only two of three positions filled. The Democratic member's term ends February 28 and the board will not have a quorum until Trump appoints a replacement. FIRED FEDS WILL LOSE THEIR APPEAL ABILITY.

Top Trump economic advisor Kevin Hassett, while talking about tariffs, said that the Golden Rule was 'treat others as they treat you". Of course, the golden rule is 'treat others as you would have them treat you'. The very trumpish rule that Hassett cites is commonly phrased ' an eye for an eye'.

So DT immediately throws the air traffic controller under the bus because it fits his policy aims. Totally skips any professional investigation and decides what happened on his own whims. Looks terribly like the Covid press conferences. Ignoring thoughtful or knowledgeable expertise.
