The U.S. and Russia conned Ukraine out of its self-defense capabilities in the 90s; then Russia took Crimea in '14 and we did nothing; then Putin violated a 2019 ceasefire; now Ukraine faces genocide. Still Zelensky has thanked us 100+ times.
