Here's another photo from Sir Walter Scott's library. He had a sizable number of books on magic, and it's possible to use the library for research with the right permissions. I have a future project in mind that would benefit from these books, so I'll hope to return to Abbotsford in due course.

And we need new ways of thinking and being, ones that enchant, inspire, and teach us that the world and its beings are wider far more precious than we have been taught to believe.

In contemporary parlance, they decolonize our minds from contemporary capitalist thinking and the imprint of major world religions and allow us to graft new ways of thinking and being onto the old.

I’ve been travelling too much to check in about that event, but it did indeed surpass my expectations.

I was at the World Fantasy Convention in Brighton, then I went to the Clophill Centre for a Heathen ceremony, and now I'm in Scotland for the week. I don't think I've stopped moving in days! =)
