This sounds delicious but I definitely read pelicans instead of pecans first and that was confusing 😅
this + polenta was ridiculously cheap btw, the pecans and chili fig jam are optional
yesterday I made lentils in homemade tomato sauce with some pecans and chili fig jam stirred into it and used it to stuff mushrooms but then I had a bunch leftover so I decided to serve it over polenta
