Crockett: Instead of the President cosplaying as the next pope, he may want to cosplay as an actual President of these United States. That means he may have to do a little bit of research and understand that he swore a an oath to defend and protect the constitution.

Good day to remember that a US President has no inherent power over tariffs whatsoever. It’s not like war powers or pardons. It’s entirely delegated by Congress to deal with emergencies. GOP Congress cld modify that law tonight and bring this to a screeching halt.

Prosecutors intend to appeal against the sentence handed to former NSW police officer Kristian White, who avoided jail over the manslaughter of Clare Nowland.

The 95-year-old woman was shot with a taser and died in May 2023, with White receiving a two-year Community Correction Order.
