I finally finished my giraffe friend here 💙
The image depicts a giraffe-like creature seemingly made of various fungi. The body appears to be amanita muscaria, their legs grow chicken of the woods, with lions mane for hair, ink caps grow where ossicones should, and bleeding tooth fungus has replaced their eyes. The giraffe creature leans down to drink from what appears to be a stream of water with strange bioluminescent properties, running through a moss covered forest lit with soft blue light.

Art tip:
If you can't make the water not look like glowing giraffe drool, you embrace the glowing giraffe drool and claim it was exactly what you were going for. And yes this piece was meant to be surrealism from the beginning and not a last second decision. Definitely.

Of course I had to draw my malachite seal! Isn't he so cute??

Painting glass bottles is incredibly satisfying
Five glass bottles sit on a black metal shelf. From left to right, the first jar is a mason jar painted black with gently swirling red and purple bubble paint in a ring around the upper lip. I need to add to this series, I'm making a list of other critters I can use quartz points with 👀

There is a quartz point on its forehead like a unicorn horn.

The Tower 💙
This was the first card I made and the inspiration behind the deck.
Did you know a group of giraffes is called a tower?

Death 💙

One of my favorites of the cards I've made so far, and a personal favorite tarot card. The Moon 💙

I started this giraffe tarot a couple years ago, I need to get to work on it again!
