I had to cut down a 200 year old tree today. And I am heartbroken. It was part of why I wanted to live here but damage done before I had bought the house laid it low and created a rot deep inside.

The International Criminal Court is ditching Microsoft Office, saying it’s too dependent on US tech, in favor of Open Desk, a German open source alternative.

Dinner tonight was chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes. (apparently a midwest thing) the flavor was great the mashed potatoes was kind of weird.
