One thing I want to add to this discussion is that sometimes finding the right medication is a process! You may have to try multiple before finding one that works for you.

No matter how many times I share my mental health journey and experience to the community, I feel drained all over.
I have to sit back and recalibrate myself to understand that I’m not in that place anymore, but it so hard to get to that understanding.
