The Latin is lines from "In Taberna Quando Sumus" from the Carmina Burana.

One of these days I'm going to get through one of these exercises without misspelling (I work backwards), smudging or messing up the alignment. Still, awful proud of some of these 'm's, 'i's, and 'w's.

TIL what a pangram is (well, what the word for a 'quick brown fox...' is). Found a few in Latin to practice for flavor.

Tried out a few inks and different nibs, trying to get better at working smaller and be more consistent. (Hence, pangrams.)

TFW the muse moved you... but now it's 2:30 am and all that's left is the lettering... and you're really not in the mood to do the lettering.

(This is for the hot beverage bar... thinking maybe "CHILLED TO THE BONE? Help yourself!" but accepting suggestions. Also I bs-ed the side scrolls, I know)

I doubled my usual batch of pumpkin chocolate chip cookies so we'd have enough for neighbors, the friends stopping by our place, ourselves, and to have a plate out with our hot beverage station for Trick or Treaters (or their guardians).

Resetting my sewing brain with some Halloween decorations: flag bunting! This set is ready for stringing, just waiting on some black twill tape to arrive.

Time to start on the next set, which'll be 'heirloom' made from yarn dyes and old timey prints.

(This is a great scrap-buster, btw)

Adding some greebles to the front of my SAFETY WIZARD vest for flavor (and also to cover the messy zipper installation). I got these hazard patches lasered and they'll be sewn onto the shoulders and hatband.

WELP. Looks like I'm piping all of this reflective trim for my Dragoncon shitpost costume.
