I can't find it so I must have said it in DMs but XLs posture just reflexively going a little bit more princely when he's got a blanket over his shoulders like a cape, he doesn't even notice it himself but HC absolutely does

Remember your favorite creator possibly might be struggling with imposter syndrome and doubt and this timeline sucks.. so if you find yourself thinking “wow I really relate to this persons work” or that persons work gives you joy, you should probably tell them. It’s a hard time to be a creative.

The heat in the apartment is broken and it's the middle of winter and AU HC has been alone for a couple of days at this point. He'd spent most of his time that day wrapped in blankets on the couch since maintenance said they wouldn't be able to show up until Monday morning.

This is so funny to try to read from the beginning because we go on SO many tangents so if you're someone new trying to read through the Lore, I recommend clicking through the comments with multiple comments underneath them as well bc it's probably a whole other branch of the story
EXTREMELY self indulgent canon compliant HuaLian AU where during the 100 years in the coffin Xie Lian semi-reverse transmigrates(-ish.. he has his own body) into a very strange world where he is a book character and he (quite literally) bumps into his "character's" biggest fan
