It would be a good opportunity to reconfigure Charles Circle as well. There is way too much traffic feeding Cambridge Street -> two lanes from Longfellow, two lanes from Storrow EB and a further two lanes from Storrow WB.
Fix by making the 9 lanes under T station ped, bike & emergency only
