Yes. Everyone has been encouraging me to attend. I know two conversation words, plus some food words from the grocery, so I am not sure how much I would get out of talking with someone else.

I bought this last year for my family and we had such fun with it. first 2 wks were during school, so we would have giant breakfasts on the weekends with 6-7 choices. Bought it again this year for my parents, who can't wait to dive in

The drop in cortisol is real. My period is back to being regular, and that is annoying. But also, only had hot flashes in the first two weeks, and then they just went aw a y. I feel more human too, and if you are perimenopausal, sometimes if feels like you are losing your mind!

I think not driving has been the most beneficial change. Less road rage, more walking, more time to think or listen or look around and observe. Had to take an Uber today and was on a crowded highway with a driver who clearly trusted his brakes more than I did. HR easily 110.

My anxiety levels are the lowest in years. My acid reflux and gut issues have calmed down. Everything feels less stressful. We still have things to do - finish furnishing and decorating, setting up offices, figure out where to pick up packages

Yes normal. Swatching is so important. One thing that you may play with is needle size. going up one or two needle sizes may help you loosen up the fabric while you find your rhythm and groove.

I have not missed our vehicles at all!!! This city is designed around people, and not around cars. Public transportation rocks. Kids here are more independent at younger ages, and my anxiety about the kid is lessening. Going from the #1 human trafficking hotspot in US to here is a balm on my soul
