One would think I'm stoned af to be eating this weird savory plate combo, but I quit the reefers, so I have no excuse. Pepper-smoked salmon, manchego wedges, blackberries, pickled: caperberries, baby beets, asparagus, okra, Suckerpunch & kimchi pickles. Dill pickle snack mix.

Sourdough bread is my weakness and I cannot be trusted around it. Bought a 20oz loaf from the bakery yesterday and I've plowed through half of it already. Having a breakfast sammie and hash brown rounds right now. Had tomato soup last night with some too. Send help.

I've been fixated on tuna poke bowls lately, but it's expensive to eat out, so I've been making my own. Frozen ahi steaks are much cheaper & you can get 2 bowls from a 6oz steak. My homemade spicy bowl w/ sriracha mayo, avocado, edamame, cucumber, cherry tomato, scallions & rice.

I slow-roasted a 3lb pork tenderloin at 325° for 1.5hrs then at 250° for another 2.5hrs. I used the following Kinder seasonings to crust it: The Blend, Hickory Brown Sugar, Wood-fired Garlic, Buttery Garlic. I made giant baked potatoes with an olive-oil-salt crust. Results:

To avoid all the horrifying news that never seems to cease, I made a pot of 3-meat chili (venison/beef/chuck stew meat). I don't like beans, so I use hominy instead. Note the cheese pull from the cheddar I put in my bowl. Simmered for 6 hours in my slow cooker. 👩‍🍳

She's ready! All 11 layers of her. I baked her in my Kitchenaid countertop convection oven because I didn't wanna have the house get hot. Pan is 9x13 and weighs around 10 lbs (maybe more?). She's THICK!

Made myself a naughty little Rueben. It's not pretty but it's goddamn delicious. Pan-seared marble rye, turkey pastrami + beef pastrami (fresh cut from the deli), smoked mozz (also from deli), kraut & homemade Russian dressing. Having with an apple on the side. I am in NY deli bliss right now.

If you're carb-cutting, increase your fiber intake. Sola has an everything bagel w/ 16g protein & 30g fiber. That's the entire daily recommendation of fiber in one bagel. Normally, I don't post pics of half eaten food but you have to see the fluffy texture inside. Delightful!

The other day, @sandipantsmma.bsky.social posted the most exquisite shrimp po-boy sammy. She inspired me to do one too. Sadly, HEB didn't have regular sub rolls, so I got their "everything bagel" seasoned roll to make mine. It has mayo, romaine, tomatoes, fleur de sel, and of course, shrimp.❤️
