She is also the neighbor with the really tacky concrete Dutch child statues that I don't even think she bought. I think they came with the house. They were once a variety of colors but could now politely be called "smudged grey".

If I owned this house, I would almost be thie neighbor. When it rained, I would remember that I hadn't used the hose in some time. But I would not then go get the hose and drown my previously thirsty plants.
