it's just weird how some people regard autism as a disease or something someone has too. most autistic people identify it as something we are like someone's race is something they are and autism is genetic. but in many ways we're just what use to be called geeks or nerds. why are NTs so weird.
To be absolutely clear: RFK framing vaccines as the "cause" of Autism is eugenics. First and foremost its wrong by every scientific standard. But also theres an implication that we need to "cure" or prevent Autism. Neurodivergence is not a bad thing.

I have heard stories from autistic women about how hard it was to get a proper evaluation for autism. The biased studies definitely lets a lot fall through the cracks. It's like the different presenting signs of heart attacks in men and women.
