I care for a lady with dementia and mobility issues. I also live with chronic illness. I just got a vibration plate for all of us to use and I'm proud to announce that it was a roaring success! Everyone had fun trying it out and I really believe it will have huge health benefits for all of us!

Commercials are so wild to me. I just watched one where a group of older individuals are basically in a "group therapy".... for health insurance. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦♀️ I think we all need therapy from the so called Healthcare in the US.
