A sad day when even the FT uses AI slop illustrations

Doesn't this work on the assumption that capital from bank balance sheets will be used for business lending when in reality it is mostly used for consumption and mortgage loans?

Feels awfully like London is a thriving global capital rather than a "third world hell hole" or whatever Nigel Farage says, and Britain can still build transformational infrastructure projects. Maybe the government should make something of that?
