The money and time squandered on self-infatuated megalomaniacal bullshit by Musk, Zuckerberg, and Altman alone could have built rail networks and clean energy, replanted forests, paid teachers and researchers, fed and educated millions

Say it after me: Chat GPT is not a search engine. It does not scan the web for information, it just generates statistically likely sentences. You cannot use it a search engine, or as a substitute for searching.

Now. Please never use an LLM for information searches ever again.

Annual reminder to review your investments. In particular reviewing your Social Security Statement, and saving a copy, is a great way to see what you and your employers have paid.

I want to thank Senator @edmarkey.bsky.social for this post - it's the first thing that's made me feel hopeful since the election.

Save this image to your phones.

Whenever you feel like things are hopeless and we can't win, look at that image.

It made me want to fight again!

Found out that TWENTY emails is considered a lot to politicians on an issue.

TWENTY.

As in, they call that getting slammed.

So next time you see a request to email your rep, or call, keep that in mind.

TWENTY is a lot.
