I remember one professor from New York doing an online class for students in Poland. He specifically asked the secretary's office to set the class time for 8am his time. What did they do? They set the class for 8am Polish time, so for him it was the middle of the night.

Yep, it's all part of the southern Lost Cause Myth. Most historians agree that Grant was the best, most competent general of the civil war. He revolutionised war and thought ahead, further than the immediate battle (unlike most confederates).

Don't know much about cider & never had a premium one in my life (would love to try). But when I see something about cider I gotta say that the most popular one in Poland is Lubelski Cider from my home Lublin region. It's probably not exceptionally good but I still like it!
