This was Homer's answer to that dilemma

There are several companies working on exactly this right now, "agentic AI" models which can suggest prompts to use or simply apply the prompts themselves

"Bad luck, that's my job, I'm a director, I'm meant to challenge people. What's the matter guys, too CHALLENGING for you?"

A criminal, racist, bumbling idiot

Absolutely. A hate share is still a share, especially when you're trying to look relevant to a buyer who excels in this kind of posting

Exactly this. It's not that we don't have enough jurors, it's that we (arguably, from the govt's position) don't have enough capacity for the number of jury trials it would take to clear the backlog

I genuinely believe it's about the backlog and the govt. panicking that it's getting out of control - but the protestor thing is a neat side benefit for them

I'd expect this one from Reform but it's extra annoying when supposedly sensible politicians like Rachel Reeves keep saying it
October 31, 2025 at 11:06 AM
Yes. Corbyn's approach was "why should I play the media's game?", Polanski's is "I'm going to beat them at their own game." Which is - so far - proving to be lot more effective, and a lot harder to counter.

No, it's like saying "I'm pro-children. Including the adopted ones."

Sidenote is it King Charleses, or Kings Charles? I can never remember

Things are moving fast. 1 in 3 chance upgraded to 1 in 2. I'd be watching my back if I were him
October 14, 2025 at 10:38 AM
33.3% of King Charleses have been subjected to regicide, so it's not unthinkable

I think that's the same point as the OP: we can do whatever we want with our books (I enjoy them both as objects and as reading material), but musn't pearl clutch when other people cover theirs in notes or tea stains, or tear them in half to make them easier to travel with. They're not sacred.
October 14, 2025 at 9:15 AM
It's a trap. Suggest any alternative and you're being "too Utopian" and "pushing away moderate voters". There's no way to win without telling them they are great and brilliant and really quite handsome, actually

Gentlemen, this is justice manifest

From what I've read (admittedly I only read this today and haven't fact checked) she's fairly pro-US, pro-Israel, and anti-socialist - and Trump championed her earlier in the year. Could this be, in part, a quiet concession to him? (I mean he'll still probably flip out)

If the secret material existed surely they could just root out the offenders, prosecute them, and/or ban them from the organisation? If the stated aims of an organisation are legal, and the majority of members are faithful to those stated aims, proscription seems untenable
