I enjoy overnight oats aswell! This one you posted the matcha overnight oats look delicious! I must try 😀 I normally make overnights oat that are super simple; oats, almond milk and fruits.

I've definitely noticed a difference when I go to sleep late compared to going to sleep around 8:30-9 PM. The days I go to sleep past this time and need to wake up early for school the next day my mood is definitely off and I feel more sugglish.

I agree obesity is a complex topic. Especially when paired with mental health! Inner dialogue can have such a big effect on decision making. I also recognize the importance of having empathy and no judgement as a provider, it can support the complexity an individual may experience. #beh353

Hi! This is such a helpful post! I agree I'm starting to feel the end of semester chaos brewing :) I like the idea of going for a walk and engaging my senses, I think both of these are a great way to feel less stressed especially during this time.

Hi George! I rather meal prep/pack my food especially when I know I'll be at school all day. I notice on the days I don't pack my lunch, the meals that are readily available aren't healthy or don't taste as good as a home cooked meal 😀 #beh353

HI! I didn't know there are chia seed supplements. I sometimes add chia seeds to my overnight oats but I wasn't aware they add protein and were good for heart health and antioxidant benefits. I'm going to start adding chia seeds more often to my oats 😀

This was a great article! I never realized one large egg has 6 grams of protein and that its considered to be a high quality especially since it contains 9 different essential amino acids.
