why are clinics acting shocked that my pcp is an np when there’s a doctor shortage. like she’s extremely competent and has a background in chronic pain care AND gender affirming care, she’s perfect for me. but other offices act so confused that i say my primary is a nurse

oh it’s good i upped my int to 20 bc i did hold monster with my duel with orin and she got a single action in before she got hit with hold monster for 6 rounds. im howling, it shouldn’t have been that easy. im a freaking wizard, im not exactly sturdy
