I had an old character design from an unfinished #gamedev project like a decade ago. So I've started the process of getting this little guy turned into a 2D model.

I'd been kicking around the idea of getting a #vtuber model to use when I don't feel like using my facecam for streams. The issue was I didn't have a channel mascot to use for the design and I didn't think the standard ones would fit my brand. Then I remembered... 1/2

Mine actually has a glitch right now, I think it's happening if you're grabbing the item too quickly after it's placed, it leaves behind a ghost item. That item can't be interacted with so it isn't a true duplicate, and it is gone upon re-opening the inventory, but it is still a problem.

Still not a functional inventory yet, a lot of backend work left to do, but I am using layered Render Targets in my #UI widgets to fake a 3D case, along with an opening animation for an #RE4 -like UI for One Man's Poison @ompgame.com

For @ompgame.com I've been making things harder on myself by wanting the inventory items to be "tetris-like" in having shapes. But this was the result of me gaslighting myself regarding how the original RE4 and even the remake handled it, they were all squares or rectangles.

I have been working on the side for a while on my own project management app to use in-place of Jira or Trello, and now I've started using it on @ompgame.com, and even created a public API so I can show development progress on the game's website for transparency.

I challenged my #twitch community to hit a 20k channel point goal and I would subject myself not only to a #LegendOfZelda OOT #randomizer, but I would enable @crowdcontrol.live. Of course they nailed it, so that's this weekend. RIP me

It worked!
My #Laravel app can monitor #twitch streams (for a specific channel), and then use flexible alert rules (per category behavior, multiple role mentions, specific channels), to send a discord message to my #discord server.

Well this was the result of a 3-ish hour stream, after probably a decade or more of not drawing anything. Definitely has some issues, may have to hold out for some form of budget to outsource, or figure out alternatives.
