This morning I thought to make my partner something for Valentine's Day, then I got busy with other things, then I was like "I don't need to make them something it's a silly holiday" & then I was like "but I wanna make them something"

So this is what I ended up making in 30mins before they got home

I'm heading into my final week of work and things feel... weird to say the least...

My life is pretty messy right now but I'm trying to find moments of joy in the midst of the mess.

Something that brings me joy is making art and I'm so excited that I've been given an opportunity to turn it into a full time career and share that joy

Losing the job you've had for 5 years is freaking stressful

But I'm doing my best to not spiral into total depression and doom pits

And I was reminded of a gift an old manager got me when I left a job

It's very relevant today (apart from the fact I prefer they/them pronouns now 😅)
