Just deep cleaned my fridge (not my freezers). I've been trying to do this 2-4 times a year. I feel accomplished.
Also threw away some expired spices.
Organized my condiments in fridge doors by high, mid, lower sodium.
Double checked the humidity settings in produce drawers.

Fage 0% fat greek yogurt now makes 16oz containers. It has 0 sat fat, only 170mg sodium, and 47g protein. Seems I will be eating a lot of yogurt. Is there anything wrong with eating one of these a day?

Arrakis, a desert, planet, can you believe it? Some people call it Dune, I call it Arrakis. The SPICE must flow, and quite frankly, it will be flowing much faster than under the failed DUKE LETO. Maybe he was a nice guy, maybe not,I think he was jealous of me! We're looking into that very strongly.

Making ground pork and vegetable (leftover veggies from last meal I got bored eating), celery and onion, butter lettuce wraps. I think I'll use worchestershire sauce when cooking the pork.
And I'm tracking meals now, so it'll take me a bit longer to make.
