I just the guy, you know, the guy who does the thing.
Attorney at Lewin Verveniotis Law Group.
At the #Daytona500 one car went into the wall and it reminded me of the wreck that killed Earnhardt. Another went end over end. Both walked away but @nascar.com needs to gets its act together or someone will be killed. I love racing but I'm tired of this shit.

Trump at Daytona is absolutely ridiculous. The guy knows zero about racing. There is no indication he ever cared. It is all about massive ego. This should be about the drivers.

Great to see the @neworleanssaints.bsky.social sign a mediocre white male to be head coach.
Some things never change.

I avoided those problems by reporting the first stay and then being too busy to report on the subsequent rulings. Sometimes being completely loaded with work is an advantage for client updates.
Pity the poor associates that had to write some blast email to clients on December 23 only to see it all changed 3 days later.

The Tottenham Spuds are a truly terrible side but admittedly, from the standpoint of an Arsenal fan, very fun to watch.

Checo is out at Red Bull F1. It is surprising only in that it took so long. He always seemed like a decent guy but in F1, you need to go fast. Hopefully he finds a ride in some other form of motorsport.

This is such disgusting behavior by United Healthcare. How humans can act with such cruelty just for extra profit is a disgrace.
NEW: After reviewing leaked documents, we have found UnitedHealth is strategically limiting access to a treatment for thousands of children with autism across the country in order to cut costs.

Advocates say the company’s strategy may be illegal.

This is why people hate health insurers. The conduct by Anthem, and especially the fact that they thought people would find it acceptable, is repulsive but unfortunately typical for health insurers.
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield rolled back a policy change that would have capped payments for anesthesia for patients, and would have denied claims altogether if any given procedure exceeded a time limit.
Insurer Reverses Policy That Would Have Limited Anesthesia Periods
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield officials had planned to roll out the changes nationwide but said they were misunderstood.

I have to suspect that the won being devalued is among the least of South Korea's problems at the moment.
The South Korean won weakened sharply on news that President Yoon declared martial law

A bad take from a law prof. Shocking.
Joking of course. Law profs tend to be people not able to practice law so they say stuff to make themselves seem relevant. Sorry about the rant, but with very few exceptions I've never had much use for law profs.
So President Biden has pardoned his son Hunter - and given Trump a precedent that certainly won't be abused.

Hunter Biden has been pardoned. Great news. If he had any other last name, nobody would have considered prosecuting him.

Man City has lost 4 of 5. I doubt that has happened since about 2000 (or whenever the oil money bought the side).

The 2 N. Riverside Plaza/Daily News Building is for sale. My architecture column this weekend makes the case for landmarking this historic building.
Former Chicago Daily News Building, now for sale, deserves landmark protection
It might be hard to believe this unique Art Deco building and plaza could be wrecked and replaced with a shiny new and significantly taller Wolf Point-style office tower — and there appears to be no c...

Like many people today, I will be checking in here regularly to see if the Chicago Bears fire Matt Eberflus.

Does anyone know how to re-set the internal clock on a 2015 model American lines German Shepherd Dog? How about a 2020 model?

Forget for a second that Gaetz apparently has to pay for certain activities. The fact that he had only 3 year of law practice should have disqualified him.
Beyond that, he did not win a single Emmy.
Completely unqualified.

With very few exceptions (legit news sources and some that are genuinely interesting), I'm blocking accounts with over 500,000 followers.
That's just the way I roll on Blue Sky.

Forget it.
Rather than practice law, I'm going to devote the day to making sure the German Shepherd Dogs' ears are properly and thoroughly rubbed.

It is 7:15. Twins are not awake. Wife just waking up. Me? At 4:30, I was thinking "I need to stay in bed until 5. Don't leave bed until 5."
So what I'm saying is that we have a bit of a different approach to handling mornings.
