I’m in two minds. I agree with the right to protest but as a north shore resident this sort of performative protest greatly affects our ability to do what we need to do.

Resurrection of this thread — I found out what this was! It was a queue for Labubu! We live in the worst part of the multiverse.

Australia has voted for the more small-l liberal party and for policies much less like Trump. Also the conservative leader lost his own seat. *chef’s kiss*

Ah that’s different to what I thought. There’s often a long queue for Sneaker Laundry at Martin Place Metro that is significant but this seems unique.

I know this is a long shot, but given that we're likely to have a glut of ginger from the property this year, I was wanting to make ginger beer (the alcoholic kind.) Does Mr Snook have any recommendations on a good kit for brewing ginger beer?

There is a demographic and background mix to those who drive and buy Teslas these days. That demographic either doesn't care about Musk's shit or like it.

Are you in the US or Canada right now, or in Australia? The last time I had Covid the doctor refused to give me Paxlovid here (AU) even though I have chronic asthma and in the at-risk age group. Fortunately it must have been a mild case and my immune system dealt with it fine.

Haha awesome! Thanks Kris!

I originally read this as Gulf of Snood, which changes the meaning a bit
