Every time i notice a shift in a friendship this Feeling triggers and im so tired of it.
Insane that the middleschool trauma of “everyone you were friends with decided to never associate with you anymore because you’re not cool and we care about that now” still haunts the narrative.

I get that it feels weird
but personally, my 30s have been WAAAY better than my 20s. They lied about it being downhill.

Not everyone is gunna click, and not every connection will last.
Honestly, Im still glad i tried. Ive gained a lot of friendships by putting myself out there and risking it. The occasional rejection is worth it, and im just glad ive matured enough to finally see it that way. Took long enough 😜
