I’m reading Jon Sopel’s If Only They Didn’t Speak English about Trump’s America.
There’s a bit where he compare’s America’s attitude to centralised responsibility versus personal.
He says that America’s infrastructure is crumbling because of attitudes to taxation.
American’s is this true?

Very much agree with most of this.
Although, I do feel that Twitter is untenable with the world’s richest man burying anything that doesn’t fit his narrative.
Echo chambers are really dangerous though.

I have to admit in some ways Bluesky feels like a defeat. I see people celebrate "It's all the people I like and none of the people I hate!". But I feel like letting people live in their own echo chambers unchallenged is how we got here in the first place. On the other hand, I am a whore.
