Twin peaks series 2 - there’s a character with such a bad wig and moustache that I’m unsure if it’s just the series being weird or they’re going to take it off at some point in an obvious reveal. Could go either way at this point.

The internet is weird in that it’s completely open to all sorts of different ages and backgrounds, but the content we see and care about mean we access a very different internet. And it’s sometimes easy to forget when those areas overlap and you see people acting weirdly on *your* part of the net.

Castlevania the musical coming?
I feel this way whenever I make music. Parts of it barely taped together on a wish and a prayer that are obvious to me but (hopefully) aren’t even visible let alone noticeable to others. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
But replaying it, I can't tell? It looks seamless and like everything has a purpose and it was NOT that at all. I felt like a fraud next to these magical 'other devs' for whom every pixel was placed just so. Now I'm starting to suspect maybe we're all frauds, but it's only the creators who can tell?

Man, imagine being unfathomably rich, never having to work a single day of your life again. You could literally be on vacation in a different city every day for a year and not see a dent in your financial worth. Then deciding to use all that time to dunk on relative nobodies on social media.

Finished the first season of Twin Peaks and loved it.
Watched the first five minutes of the second season to see how they’d address the main cliffhanger and it’s the funniest thing I’ve seen on a TV show in years. Especially considering back in the day where people would have waited forever.

One thing Bluesky is missing is brands posting news but I’m actually fine for it be somewhat compartmentalised? After a brand gets past a certain size, there’s no point in engaging in a post directly so if you want to talk about it it’s better to quote post it.

Watched a few episodes of Twin Peaks a while ago and got distracted so giving it another go. Given their personalities and acting performances, half the characters feel like they are in completely different shows from another. It shouldn’t work, but because it’s all kind of odd, it does.

Oh man, I’ve managed to cut down my coffee to a cup a day and usually in the afternoon. I can tell it’s effective because I had one of those store bought disposable cups in the morning and I’ve got that “too much caffeine heart beat buzz” going on.

Okay so Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom is just… kind of weird?
It starts off with the question “Should we intervene and save animals from an act of god that are here because we played god.” You get to see an extinction event happen.
But it quickly abandons that and retreads already explored themes.
