And then when you get through to their callcentre after that. A 24/7 callcentre “we’re sorry, this option is closed until 8am”.

My view is that if you’re not a licensed professional operating them at a council organised event then you must use them wholly indoors in your own property that has no animals.

I would say it’s not double counting. As I understand it for IMD, housing is a quality issue, cash is a quantity ONE. For example, my work borough, the vast majority is decile 1 for housing, AND it’s very heavily net income deprived. Both are justified in counting as quality and quantity.

As the Second World War moves out of living memory at an increasing pace, so does the number of people who remember it or anyone who served in the First World War.
