I took a look at it and some of the stuff is genuinely just straight-up copies of GW models. The totally not a Leviathan Siege Dreadnought is particularly egregious.

So, I tried my hand at a Zenithal basecoat recently, but I messed up the white and ended up with that nasty, gritty texture.
I tried getting the models done and they looked vaguely passable, until I shaded them.
The fact the basecoat wasn't smooth meant the finish just looked grubby.
