I was headed into downtown and this Tesla driver zoomed out from behind me, merged without a turn signal to get in front of me and then hit his brakes because the person in front of me was going the same speed I was (mind you this is a 6 lane highway with plenty of room to the left) 🤡

I typed in “should have” literally 3 min ago and it autocorrected to “should of” as I was hitting send. Sometimes it isn’t even anyone’s fault except autocorrect 🤷

Is PBJ no longer gentrified? I could have sworn the last time I tried to buy the base ingredients I still spent like $15 for the stuff without rat bits and corn syrup in it 🤔

Spouse sent me this video and then went and got the ingredients we didn’t have at the time (including the banana leaves) from a very small michoacana down the street from us that was still open on Christmas Eve

Carrots, potatoes, some olives, jackfruit “chicken”, and spouse asked for baby corn like his mom used to use.
All in all pretty darn good. Especially with sour cream 👍
