I am an embroidery enthusiast who loves to sew and create cosplays and historical costumes!
Thank you! 🙂. It’s my first time working with silk, but I adore it and the metallic silk is so gorgeous!

Thank you! I just hope nobody gets bored with me posting photos of the completed panels over the next few weeks or months! 😁

Thank you! 😊. Occasionally I question my sanity over working on a project like this, but the end results are worth it. 😁

It’s always hard losing a furbaby. Spend as much time as you can with him, and I’ll keep you and him in my thoughts!

Thank you! I’m in the process of remaking this dress to make it more screen accurate, but I’m pretty proud of this first attempt too. 🙂

Thank you! It was actually the amazing embroidery and costumes of Game of Thrones that got me into the show and books. 😊

I prefer to crochet, probably because I know more stitches and can make more things with crochet, but for sweaters, I like the look of knitted sweaters better.

It’s also great for creating a ribbing-like design too. 🙂 The popcorn stitch is actually my favorite stitch! I used it quite a bit to make designs for my niece’s blanket.

Thank you! It was one of my (many) dream cosplays, so I’m so happy to have made it. Currently working on another dream cosplay, which is the famous “Breathe” dress from the Ever After film. 😊

That’s awesome! I’ve seen photos of mosaic crochet projects other people have done, and they’re so pretty! Best of luck, but I’m sure it’ll turn out amazing! 😊

What are you making for your first project?

I love the combination of yarn and sequins with this! Can’t wait to see the finished product!

Like the others have said, start with bright colors for the yarns so that you can see the stitches. I’ve also found that using either plastic or bamboo knitting needles “gripped” the yarn better than the aluminum ones, which minimizes the chance of your loops falling off the needles while knitting.

This is such a wonderful and amazing idea!

Thank you! 😊 Do you watch Game of Thrones? I’m a big fan of Sansa Stark’s costumes on the show, and I hope to recreate more of the show’s costumes later this summer!

I got a nice laugh out of this! Great Sansa cosplay too!
