I was so proud of Lawrence, KS showing up today to say #NoKings. It felt good to be among like minded peaceful people who want to save our democracy. No photos. I was too busy enjoying the moment. Thanks to all who showed up in our country and around the world to fight this fascist regime!

Knowing my anxiety was way too high, I have been scrolling the Discover section. I've scrolled past news and political statements looking for beauty, animals, etc. I have started following some of these posters. All of us need self care during these times. It works!
