Taylor Wimpey is proposing to build as many as 700 homes on fields near Normandy, #Surrey, a village of 1,100 people.
Yet in neighbouring #Guildford, 4 miles to the east, there are 30 hectares of surface car parks, according to the ‘Parkulator’ tool:
