Removing the penalty, the Eagles generated over FIVE TIMES more xG than their opponents (2.08-0.4)
This match came down to clinical finishing vs squandering chances.

This was a match of *fine* margins - quite literally!
Both sides probably felt they did enough to win. Fulham are comfortable with patient short passing to break down lower blocks, and Palace are content being organized without the ball & taking chances via counters & set pieces
