Decided to bring in the apple mint (left) and spearmint for the winter. My other perennial herbs are in the ground in the herb bed of my garden.

Homemade chili powder. Used peppers picked starting in mid-September from my garden, including ones picked today, which I dehydrated & ground into a powder in my Nutribullet, one teaspoon of sea salt, one teaspoon of onion powder, and one tablespoon of garlic powder. (2-3 ounces made.)
