Objectively, hate gains much more power when it's able to organize under religious doctrine. Love demonstrably does not. Look no further than the Christian right who now have a chokehold on Congress and state houses. More importantly look at what they are trying to do.

Looking at all the protests across the country. Some things stand out.
The crowds aren't cosplaying miltia gear.
They aren't rude, but they are passionate.
They aren't armed.
They are angry but joyful.
They are peaceful.
They're diverse.
They're unified.
