I would say if you averaged out all of our performances, we'd be 2nd half of the table, so below average. If you measured off of where I would expect us to be, we are very poor.

I'm not a Frank defender, but here's the whole quote. I think his point is that while there will be some perfect performances, most of them will be closer to an average where we make some mistakes. That's to be expected. No team plays perfect football day in and day out.
